Of course, this will become a lawsuit, and I will prevail. In the meantime, don't purchase LG appliances from hhgregg - or anywhere - because they don't honor their warranty, their appliances are made with inferior materials, and their customer service is non-existent. And, I'm not getting any help from hhgregg, either. They tell you to call vendor relations at corporate, then no one calls you back.
Whatever happened to doing the right thing???????
