High Meadows Apartments High Meadows Condominiums Met all the requirements for rental application; Still denied Charlotte North Carolina

 High Meadows Leasing is crooked. The requirements for even turning in an application are listed at the top of the application. I went in to meet with a leasing agent and they reviewed all of my materials, said it looked good and would probably be approved within 24-48 hours. The next day, my co-applicant received an email stating that 4 weeks of pay stubs were needed to complete application, long after the application and money order had already been turned in. I never received any such email; however I contacted the apartment complex to sort things out, they asked for our contributions again via email, which definitely exceeded the requirements. I was told again that these numbers would be run, then 5 minutes later I received an email that the leasing company was unable to approve my application. High Meadows Apartments just wants any little bit of money they can get to stay afloat. They do not value customer service. Do not apply to rent here.
