i bought a car from these guys, and Gebron or whatever his name was after searching high and low for my car - "claimed" it was a good vehicle for a good price. well guess what, BS... im not mechanically inclined, and yes it was my fault for not being paranoid and taking it into a mechanic to have it verified. these guys sell beautiful cars that are straight pieces of crap. come to find out from attempting to get the vehicle aligned - firestone wouldn't even do the alignment because the tie rods were amazingly still holding the tires on, driver side caliper was seized.

"significant" oil pan leak, bad electrical. don't get me started - the bill for the repairs almost was more than the cost of the car. so, im trying to figure out where in gods name is this good car he claimed it to be? not only that -the company, Bucky's auto was supposedly the ones who passed all this in there so called 120 point inspection. [continued below]....

..... How? How do you pass a vehicle in this condition as sellable to the public? i have children, and this car was a straight death trap. all these issues, bell whistling, warnings within the 1st couple weeks of purchase.

i called him to notify him of the issues i was having to seek some sort of resolve, and he had the audacity to send me back to the mechanics that was suppose to have cleared the vehicle on the 120 point inspection on my dime. no help, no remorse, nothing... im a single parent and we needed a car - if you are deciding to buy a vehicle from these sharks, take the car to the dealership the car is manufactured from and pay the little 80-100 dollars to have a proper inspection done before signing your soul away.

poor merch.

not confused, maybe a little frustrated. to correct, it was the right side, "passenger side" that was pulling to the "right". on the day we test drove it, the dealer had also noticed the pull to the right when we were on a straight.  the caliper was siezed to this rotor. at firestone, they showed me this issue (along with several others)when i attempted  to get the alignment done. They have a banner ad that testifies to there  service tyech 120 point inspection.  judging from my work order on the vehicle, the above stated is purely non sense.  And frankly its all my fault. i trusted a salesman. but i figured for 1 day they could be a human, and sell me what i pay for, a safe vehicle. And of course some sort of dependability. My words before i ever drove down to see him. "I Need a safe vehicle", "Dependible". He say "ahh yes its a good car, and your gettin it at a good price." my definition of good must be light years from his.  I have all the work orders within the month of  purchase on the car. but buying used is obviously a crapshot - especially when you have unhonest people behind the scenes. im trying to figure how these guys got a 5 star on there reviews. a 5 star establishment would have a solid 120 or 160 point inspection - ALL of which would have been covered.  a reasonable establishment would have a 30 day grace period if the vehicle is a lemon. Thus the report. Rip Off!!!  7k+ and i got a lemon, money pit. who likes paying for broken crap? while your advertising it as something else? Thats a rip

If a vehicle needs [only] an alignment, an auto dealer will perform that alignment prior to attempting to sell it.

“driver side caliper was seized”

“The right caliper had siezed to the rotor”

You appear confused as to which caliper was bad.

What are the terms of the written warranty?

When we test drove the vehicle, the only known issue at the time, was that the alignment was off - due to the pulling to the right. we have written statements from firestone of there assessment on the vehicle. We had no issues with paying for an alignment on the vehicle, as it was used, and pretty standard maintnance to do so. Again, we were "assured" by the sales rep that we were buying a good car. In fact, i told the sales rep that children were going to be in the vehicle, and that i need a safe and dependable car - before i even  made the travel from everett to Renton, via phone. Yes i was happy with the vehicle knowing at the time that it only needed an alignment. i also stated, im not in the market to buy a vehicle that is basically a money pit.

I took his word for the quality on the vehicle, i also read the reviews on the car lot before deciding on purchasing a car from Highland auto. the reviews were good to excellent, so i felt from that point, that the sales rep was going to be atleast straight forward. The sales rep stated that the vehicle had undergone a 120 point inspection, and that all there vehicles undergo this inspection. So if this is true how did it pass given: the tie rods were in a critical state, (firestones exact words). The right caliper had siezed to the rotor, which was another signification to the pulling to the right, the passanger rear wheel hub assembly was also in need of immediate replacement, which came  off in pieces at the shop.

codes P0128, P0442 via cadillac dealership obdII, significant oil leak from the oil pan, and driver side valve cover, where a sealent was detected by the dealership to attempt to repair the leak to cut corners, airbag relay under passenger seat had ittermitent short, as well as electrical issues causing it to blow fuses for the interior cab lighting on contact.  All these things were reported to highland auto, and documented by the cadillac dealership work order, the sales rep said to bring it back to there mechanics (Bucky's auto renton) - the same folks that passed the vehicle on the 120 point inspection.

"I Think NOT", all these issues fall under the 120 point inspection checklist but the vehicle was still cleared. all these things were exhibited within the first month of purchase and under 200 miles of driving the vehicle. I just wanted a good driving vehicle safe for my kids, and after 7000 plus for the vehicle, and trusting in what seemed to be a genuine - i "thought" i would have recieved that. WRONG. haha, take it back to our mechanics for a 800 dollar repair for only the calipers, and wheel hub assembly on my dime is the best i got, like i was getting some sort of discount deal, when they should have been the ones to have taken care of these issues. im the one that got screwed, so dont sit up here a play like you sold me a solid car. you want to call me - email me your more than welcome too. you have my info.
