"Eli" called us to install some copper work. We presented him with the scope of work and price upfront before starting. He signed and agreed. We completed the work and he was no where to be found.
we called the following day but he wouldnt answer the phone. After calling from a friends number he answered and became very angry and screamed saying he never authorized the work to be done. When I told him I knew his full name, address and had his signature he agreed he authorized it but claimed the work was incomplete.
He then said he was only a real estate agent and had no money to pay. He claimed he would have the owner call which was a lie, no one called. He fired the gardeners off that job when they were 99% done with the job, and he refused to pay them too.
This guy is an organized crime ring within himself and his real estate company. do not do work for him. Contractors, servicesman, plumbers and all beware. Total scam artist!!!
