I found a 2000 Bystronic Bystar 3015 Laser item#272055948837 on eBay with the HimesMachinery LLC logo. The seller himesmachinery2 (with 319 feedback) for $49,500. On 12/14/15 I called HimesMachineryhis logo and phone# (888-803-2496) was on eBay.
I talked to Brian about disassembly and loading onto a truck. Brian offered me the Laser machine for $47000 including decommision, takedown, prep, load and ship to my location.
We arranged for payment and shipment. He received payment and I received confirmation through email that he would handle the decommission, takedown, prep load and shipping of the machine.
Once he cashed the check, no further communication from him. I tried to contact him by all numbers, email and website multiple times without success.
I want the $47,000 back or the delivery of the Laser machine.
