Attached to both William L Stillwell and Wanda Stillwell (Case No. 6:04-ap-00266-ABB Trull v. Stillwell et al) and William B Stillwell (Case No. 6:04-ap-00092-ABB Trull v. Stillwell) a lawsuit with the following allegations of:Conversion of Corporations Assets. Imbezzlement.Wrongful Death. Fraud. Consipiracy. Diversion of Business Opportunity. In this claim it appears that the Bill and Wanda Stillwell were hired by a Robert Shane Trull to run his business while he was ill. He was 37 and had heart disease and was a candidate for a heart transplant. In the interim of of about 2.5 years the Stillwell’s embezzled $1.6 million dollars from Mr. Trull. It appears that they had their children William B Stillwell (Brian) and Brittany Gutierrez set up bogus corporations and were writing checks to their businesses. After embezzling the money Mr. Trull did not have the money for his heart transplant - HE DIED! Mrs. Trull sued them all and got a judgement against Brian and Brittany with the promise of not pursuing criminal charges against them. There was a Summary Judgement Hearing scheduled on this case on 1-08-04 - The Stillwell's filed bankruptcy the day before the hearing on 1-07-04 and included this lawsuit in their bankruptcy.
