I have almost two month asking for a solution on my TV and I haven't received the necessary support from Hisense company. I really need your help. All I want is to have my TV working it is a 55" TV LED. I am desesparated waiting too much and I don't knowhow long do I need to wait to get a good customer service and solution. 

Problem description. = I was watching the TV as a normal day. Then the TV screen started showing different colors red, green, blue, white. One color at the time in a cycling way.  Example: full screen red then slide to full screen green then slide to full screen blue.. [continued below]....

.....etc...

I have been waiting so long to receive a solution to my problem and its getting too long to replace or just give me my money back. I though trying new TV and Brand would really have a good opportunity but that was a wrong descision. 

I will keep looking different sources until get my problem solve.

TV is in warranty, Hisense has not been responding

FYI, the TV has 1year warranty and Hisense has not being responsible for what they marketig. I would not report this issue if I wasn't right. I hope Hisense someday realize what quality and customer service means.

Once again...

 Once again a consumer assumes they have more rights and powers then they truly do. As you stated, its been 2 months. Unless you have a extended warrenty, they WILL NOT HELP YOU. If you are attempting to use the manufacturer warrenty and its beyond the time frame in which your TV is covered, THEY CAN NOT HELP YOU. You have a issue with your TV, we get that and we understand. But you cannot expect ANY company to do more for you then what the have to BY LAW!!! It no longer works that way.
