I bought swim shorts size 36... they shipped me size 30.. Not even close.... I contacted them and after the easy return policy... that now wanted photo's yes thats not in the small print... (delay delay delay YOU) I send I wait ... nothing ... Then they say they will have the item picked up via USPS .... I wait nothing...
I then call get a long winded story and asked to ship it back and the supervisor gives the green light for payment.... OK GREAT .. 4 days later they arrive at hisroom .... I wait.. and wait ... I called they again delay delay delay... delay... week later state ok we will credit your return payment.. :) No :-(
The $19 they said they would pay like it states in the return policy contract online that they had got the green light on they said they coulnt pay it... blamed call takers and said they had fired them all... B/S FRAUDSTERS.
