This company is a sham, they receive files from people who are in need and they do not provide the services promised, they never cared about the clients it was all about making money off people in need.  They are under staffed and will not even pick up the phone if you call. Emails as well as calls will go unanswered.  They have managed to steal thousands of hundreds of dollars from people who were supplying business for them, and not only that they have managed to not even pay staff members. If you have an open file with them you should call and request a refund before they shut the company down.  There are rumors about them having several lawsuits and state investigations against them.
