Holiday Fury Holiday Fury Rip Off Shoddy Product No Returns Maryland

Holiday Fury had a number of ads on my facebook feed and has a facebook page.  I ordered a 'sweater' in early November for $65.  When it finally arrived about 6 weeks later, it was not a sweater at all but a screen printed nylon shirt, cut very very small and the one sleeve was offset.  I would have kept it if it fit my son but there was no way he could get it over his head.

I carefully followed all of the information on the site for returns, including the original packaging.  The information says that I must email the company and will receive a return address to ship it to at my expense for a refund.  After 3 emails this is the response I received:

For this sweater, we are unable to process returns.

Unfortunately, each item is made-to-order and unique, which means we process them only if we receive orders. We also cannot accept returns because we don't have our own warehouse to stock the items.

But if ever you receive the wrong item, then yes, we can process an exchange for that.

Nowhere does it say anywhere on their site that they will not accept items for return.  In fact, they have an entire page of very specific info on how to return.  I called the number listed for their site and heard a very vulgar and profane filled message saying they "don't give a f@#$"

I paid $65 for this so called sweater that is too small for all but a child to wear, they won't accept returns even though they say they will on their web site.  I did not even think to check rip off report before hand but now when you google the company all these reports come up.

I don't know what I can do at this point except warn others and try to get paypal to help me.
