 Short and simple. This hotel sucks as they have holds on two of our cards. My mothers credit card and my Visa debit card. Tried to work this out with the horrible front desk staff but got nowhere. Got an email from the s***** GM, Ryan Padgett, in which he gave me the same ol corportate bulls*** answer ( your funds will be returned in 3-5 bus days ). Now, they have charged my mothers credit card and put a $130 hold on my Visa Debit Card which takes money right out of my checking account. GM Padgett doesnt want to be proactive in getting this hold lifted so now I have $130 less cash in my checking account for the next week. Also talked to a girl name Krista who was a complete piece of no help s*** too.

Think twice before staying at this hotel. The beds were hard, hair on the bathroom floor to boot!!!!!

 I actually stayed at this hotel this weekend and had a wonderful stay the staff and Mr Padgett were very friendly, if you took the time and looked on your regestration when you signed it at check in it informs you that a hold would be placed on the bank or checking account for up to 72 hours  after the check out date. THE HOLIDAY INN IS A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY AND THE STAFF THERE IS VERY FRIENDLY!!!!!!
