It's been 50 days since I've purchased a door and installation from Home Depot and I've had 3 scheduled appts and 3 no-shows from the install guy. 23 phone calls to Home Depot and the installer and I still don't have a date for my install. I dropped by the store today and was told they're doing all they can and they're waiting for the district manager to decide if they will pull an installer from the New Orleans area or hire someone new. And if they hire someone they'll have to do interviews and background checks and training. So I'm looking at at least another 30 days for the install. And I'm not the only one having this issue...anyone waiting on an install in the Baton Rouge area is in the same boat as me.

In the end, if you ever want the installation that you paid for, go someplace else!!
