Looking to reface our kitchen cabinets. Stopped at Home Depot store and left name, phone number, etc. Was assured that we would get a return phone call within 48 hours: No call returned. A week later, stopped a second time at Home Depot store and confirmed all our info: 2 weeks later, still no return phone call.
Spoke to Home Depot Customer Service. First rep assured us that a supervisor would phone back: No return phone call. Spoke to a second Customer Service Rep who "lost" our call while transferring but did not bother to phone back. Spoke to a third Customer Service Rep who told us that she could only phone the store to have somebody phone back: Still no return call.
So, have stopped at the store twice, have spoken to several Customer Service Reps but still no return phone call. And during these 3 weeks, Home Depot has a promotion for refacing kitchen cabinets.
