I ordered two leather recliners on May 30, 2013, and my credit card was charged $1,741.94.

I called approximately once per month for the last six months to check the status of the order. Every time I was told by Ben Henley that he would "check on it and call me back tomorrow".

Never once did he follow up! I e-mailed once too, no follow up to that either.

Finally he admitted that he was in real trouble, Lane furniture had gone bankrupt and wasn't fulfilling his orders, and he would have to begin processing refunds.

The next time I called I asked for a refund and he said he would take care of it, it would happen on Monday, December 3. More BS.  I was so taken in by his sincerity that I didnt' even check to see if my refund was processed until today, which is Thursday. Now, I have been out my money for six months, and have no chairs and no refund. This Ben Henley comes accross as sincere as heck, but it's all an act. He never comes through on his promises. He is a big fat liar.

Dont' don't busines with this man or his company!

Oh, and I've heard the "I just got out of the hospital" and fell for that one too.
