Thinking of going with Home Hellpers? well think about this. Do you know that they MANDATE thatfranshisees give them alltheir client names and addresses??? Therefore they have a data bank of all individuals that require home care, meaning that you are giving out uniquely indentifyable information on individuals that have a health issue? I wonder why this is not a HIPAA violation??? They use the "reason" wis they have to make sure no one is working outside their assigned territory. I wonder why they do not trust you and believe that you are giving them accurate information my giving the zip codes of clients. I wonder how many clients really truly understand that their names and addresses are being given out by the franchise owners? This is in addition to all of the other information that they leave out when you sign up.
