ok first of all this is the worst company i have ever worked for in my whole life they pay you crappy wages while expecting you to run yourself into the ground they expect you to be on call for assignments while giving you no comensation for your time i got a 3 hour training session when i started and they wont pay you for it they call you on your cell phone all day while telling you that you cant bring it with you to work no matter how many hours you work you do not get even a ten minute break you better hope you know something about the business before you start cause like i said you get 3 hours of unpaid training they hire people right off the streets that have no experience in this kind of field at all they will call you whenever they want to demand you stop by the office for whatever reason even on your day off and again not pay you for your time they call you at clients houses to discuss other clients then when the client hears you get fired for it even thoe your clients love you and have never complained against you how is that putting the client first when you get caled into the office they lie about why they are asking you to come then gang up on you when you get there calling a caregiver at a cients house to discuss other clients violates hippa laws and i will be reporting this and a list of other things to the state and other agencys for an investigation that has been a ong time coming also wil be reporting to l&i for unfair labor practices and the bbb
