after being contacted by home safe america i was assured that they can help me with my mortgage. after explaining my situation of course they assured me again they can help but first i must send them 1,995.00 .i was not in agreement with that so i said no thank you but home safe kept calling with promising results so finely i agreed with the promise that if they can't remodify my loan all money would be returned no questions asked. after more than 20 plus pages of documents taxes etc. there was no progress. months passed still no progress. each time i called i was put on hold for long periods of time then passed from one person to the other. so finely i stated i would like my refund .at that point when i called i was being passed on to another person constantly then out of the blue i was directed to scott who reviewed my application and said to much time passed for a refund and i explained to him what was going on but that made matters worse. they stop receiving my calls as of today. still i'm out of hundreds of dollars and my mortgage is still messed up.
