Stupidly, I booked a move with this company on Friday but cancelled it on Sunday. Here it is 8 days later and they still cannot return a phone call. Obviously, they take your money but no one at this company talks to customers. They will nnot let me know of my refund status - and I am well within the required deadline of their terms.
