i ahve a husband who is a disabled vet we kept oour payments up and tried to refin with them dur to hardship (seven times) and each time they lost paperwork i would send in over and over even first class where they would have to sigh as of july they quit taking payments and now claim we are behind How!!!!! we have paid 144000.00 in 11 years now at 800.00 a month plus 10% interest that is 888.89times 126 months. now that is112000.14 and i have paid and have recipts 144000.00. also i have notified the nc attorney general and the bank of commissioners
