homecomings GMAC refuses payments then file foreclosure Dallas, Texas

In 2006 i had a major stroke and was in the VA hospital for almost 4 months for Therapy and recovery. i got a surprise call from my mortgage company's customer Service. i was told " you are permanently disabled, we need to you are going to have problemspayiong the mortgage in the future. We need to start foreclosure procedings.i gave them a few words and we hung up the phone. I thought if i continued to pay the monthly mortgage, Thereb is no way they could file foreclosure. Well i continued to pay the monthly mortgagei sent the payment in, about two weeks later i would get back envelope in the mail return address as homecomings/GMAC mortgage, They could not accept my payment because foreclosure as been filed. This went on for about six months. I keptand made copies of the return envelopes with post mark for proof of them holding checks for two weeks and copies of the checks in the envelope.

Then i get notice of the court date of forclosure at the court house in Bastrop Texas i wrote to the court got a letter back that it was the wrong court, it was filed with another cort room. THE ADDRESS HOMECOMINGS/GMAC GAVE me for cort action was the wrong adress. i gave all this information to a lawyer, Robert  Kizer in Bastrop, with o0ver $3000 and then realoized i did not have enough money to fight GMAC and the HUD backed loan. read more of these rip offs of GMAC. i have been writing since 2006 gto any politician, attorny Generals and the Govornor of Texasto  get some action. With my letters and others who have had problems with some off theses mortgage companies, finally we have gotten ''some" action. FINALLY SOME OFF THE ATTORNY GENERALS are investigating these improper foreclosures. Keep writing to your your senators, attorny Generals, govornors, and who ever you feel needs to know when you are being stuck by a large corporation. aventually they listen.
