I had the misfortune to personally find out how dishonest these people are. They lie to and bully customers to sign up for service They are putting consumers at risk. The sales "team" are all unlicensed kids from Utah who illegally sale services in Ca (which is illegal in any state) and as i was told by many customers (especially older ones) they had to sign up for service or the sales person would say "im not leaving till you do or I will be back later to see if you changed your mind."  if thats not bad enough at least 50% of their technicians are unlicensed (which is illegal in any state) They are putting not only the consumer at risk but the enviroment. I have personally witnessed this activity.
