Unfortunately once in a while you run across people who do not live up to their owner responsibilities and try to blame others for the consequences. With over 5000 satisfied customers and being in business for over 8 years our reputation has been unscathed. There is NO ONE who has every proven these allegations and just use this site to vent. When you are in the property management business you will occasionally run across someone who is less than ethetic. It is very sad the world we live in now. The internet gives people a voice to rant untruths just to try and justify their behavior.
The first page of our contract does say "You are entering into a legally binding agreement. If you do not understand any of the content please consult an attorney". If you sign it and don't live up to the rules of the contract you sign, that is your fault. This is to protect all partiea concerned.
