After our investigations, we know who these people are, and we are in the legal process with them for libel. Our Rebuttals are true and factual. They cannot prove otherwise. Just lies, made up stories, and fabrications. We have been contacted by other businesses who also have fallen victim by these people who don't get their way- lost in court, and are on a rampage of vindication . We have been told by the other businesses that the more you rebut these allegations the worse they become because it provokes them even more. Beware of what they will come up with next. It is a shame that the internet has turned into a "bathroom wall" that anyone can write anything, true or not, without repercussions.

These people are again out of control....totally lying about our Company and our Employees. How would they know what is going on in the office behind close doors. Absolutely impossible. The reason these people are homeless is because their reputation now proceeds them and no one will rent to them. As we stated, Karma is very bad. We know who they are and we are in the legal process with them. They are vicious, vintictive psychopaths with an axe to grind because they tried to get away with their horrible actions and it backfired on them. We have been in business for four years and have a pristine record. We are not going to get one bad apple spoil the fabulous business model we have built. Actually all this press is giving us an opportunity to share more info on our company! We are turning a negative into a positive.

All these postings can't be a kid! They lie about their staff! The are under ivestigation by the AG office in Phoenix and the FTC! Run from this folks. Their Daughter Barbra Hamblem is a NIGHTMARE! Here we go again...We were advised by our attorney not to stoop to the level of having to rebuke these unfounded allegations as they are such egregious lies, mis truths and misrepresentations of the facts. Unfortunately

in this world of the Internet, anyone can say anything, true or not and use bully tactics to get revenge. We cannot arbitrate or sue for liable as these people are hiding behind their anonymity, fake names and even the name of a deceased person. They are quoting Realtors that never posted anything. Every single one of these postings are written by one disgruntled family that had to be removed from our program for serious breeches of our contract and attempting to sabotage the sale of the home. We prevailed in court and were awarded all damages, attorney fees and they were forcibly removed from the process. They have now launched an all out smear campaign against our Company. They are very devious, and have criminal minds as they think they can use the Internet to besmirch, bully and destroy. They are on a personal witch hunt for several of our Employees thinking this will vindicate the fact that they were forcibly removed from our program.

When you breech a contract that you signed you are given a 5 day notice to vacate. We are very strict in our rules as that is why we are so successful. Unfortunately these folks feels that they are above the rules. They tried to live outside the law and didn't prevail. Now they are mad and seeking revenge. They will say and lie about anything hiding behind anonymity. They know that there is no proof to anything they say so they will make it up.

Our business is flourishing, we have a beautiful new office in the Scottsdale Airpark have a full time staff of 7 (and just hired two more) and a support staff of 12 all who have been with us from the beginning. Our parent company has been around since 1984 and we have been in the Valley for four years. We have an A rating with the BBB, never a complaint. We have had over a thousand homes in our program since the inception with just as many testimonials, recommendations, positive comments and a huge success record. However things of that nature are never posted.

As a Top Producer with Re/Max Achievers, anyone not using Hometenders of America need to rethink their strategy! Their program is very upscale in professionalism, and these ladies know what it takes to help SELL our listings. I personally can tell you that after picking up a listing from an Agent who had it on the market for over a year with NO CONTRACTS, that within ONE DAY of staging and 3 showings later I had an Offer in hand. This is a NO BRAINER....the Seller signs a contract and Hometenders will find a great Tender to live in their home and take excellent care of it. Agents only need to give a 15 minute notice to show the home and it will show model perfect. The home is well maintained, yards and pool are taken care of regularly with no cost to the seller. My house sat vacant for over a year. We were drowning with the carrying costs. We had little to no interest in the property. It had a few layout flaws which were evident.
