bought a used 2007 toyota tocoma back in feb. 2011. purchased with 5 star warranty through wells fargo. went good. asked to swap  to person bank a few days later and with no hassle did so, but after signing paperwork{under the impression of first paperwork} we shortly found out in about 2 days that our 5star warranty had been changed to 3star. took truck back due to issues with electrical problems and rearend and was told no go. a year and a half later went to trade in @ different dealership and was told truck had once had extensive damage and i was not the second owner but the third and my truck was only worth about half of what was owed. contacted honda carland north only to find out that none of the people i had dealt worked there any more. was told that they would get straight and after dealing with them for bout 10 hours they could not help. They told me that the carfax on the vehicle {purchased through them} really depreciated the value, plus my credit score had dropped 38 points. So the carfax i was showed when i purchased the vehicle along with the story told to back the truck was a lie. I do not have copy of carfax that was showed to me so that is irrevealant.but i do have 2 sets of paperwork aong with 2 sets of warranty papers. in truth the truck was wrecked with extensive damage. fixed poorly and sold @ an auction to honda carland north.i contacted buck woodruff{owner}and explained that i only wanted a reliable vehicle an asked honda to buy the vehicle they sold back just for what is owed to the bank so i could get another without having 9 thousand dollar rollover. He made a statement about writing a check was not gonna happen but would review the file. the only answer that kyle cambell has to say is that is why the previous employees are not there anymore. BUCK WOODRUFF did call back 2 days later and stated that he did not see anything wrong and as long as the truck was driveable i should drive it. I have to make trips to atlanta every 3 months due to one of my children having asthma. hearing my story and actually seeing the paperwork with numbers, the HONDA/HERITAGE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP along with owner was able to cut there price to eat the 8 thousand dollar rollover caused by honda carland and put my family in a reliable vehicle.CONGRATS to them. GUESS THEY DID WAS WAS NOT POSSIBLE.

You found out the car had been wrecked after how long? We showed you a carfax report that was clean, this is something that can not be faked by us. It is something that we use as a sales tool and have faith in ourselves. It is carfax that you should have the problem with. You posted in August of this year so you have had the car almost two year or more since that how long I have been gone from this dealership. No company in the world would give you a refund on a used item after 2 days much less 2 years. Your report or rant has no business on here and no reason to use my good name. In the almost 10 years and over 1000 new and used cars I sold yours is the only complaint I have online or anywhere. Signed
