The continue saga goes on with Honey Spas. My husband had to install the insulation around the plumbing and electricity himself to keep the heat in during the cold months. Now the light doesn't work. Again, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They do not stand by their inferior product.

Excuse me, insulation package?

In response to Honey Tubs rebuttal.  Don't be fooled.  Excellent customer service, really, we never have received any.  We receive excuses, arguments, profanity, harassment and physical threats not to correct our inferior swim spa.  In repsponse to the insulation package, first, hot tubs and swimspas should include insulation with the tub.  It should not be ala carte.  Our previous hot tub had insulation included when we bought it.  Upon invesigating other swim spa and hot tub retailers, they informed us they would never sell a hot tub or swim spa without insulation, unless requested.   Being this is their second swim spa product, Honey Tubs did not know about insulation had we not pointed it out to them, and then refused to correct the problem.  Both his first and second swim spa owners are unhappy.  Now they want to state after the fact that they have an insulation package that we failed to request.  Not true.  Every word they say is a lie.  Do not buy anything from this company, and if you do, get it all in writing and a warranty printed before purchase.  Our light still does not work.  My husband insulated the swim spa perfectly.  Furthermore, we had to retain attornies to recieve any kind of rude response from them and a meaningless warranty.  Again, stay away for your own sanity.  Please refer to all the compaints regarding this company on this and many other web sites.  Any positive reviews you see were written by the owners of Honey Tubs in various different names.  Also refer to my first complaint posted in 06/2012.

The Honey Companies are very proud of our consistent high level of customer service.  We are saddened to hear that Annmarie regrets having not purchased a insulation package for her swim spa.

As always we are grateful for the opportunity to serve our customers needs.  We certainly hope Annmarie chooses to schedule service for her swim spa.

We look forward to servicing, Annmarie in the future.
