Utah BBB lists Neil Wardle as president of hoodia and christoper wardle as vice President.

Why haven't they been stopped? I was told recently when requesting information regarding a class action suit that this company is way ahead of me? (Im not quite sure what that means)they haven't been investigated or they would have been put out of buisness along time ago.

Listen, I can't do this by myself, however I can get the information needed to report them to different goverment agencys to inform them that this "company" is doing buisness (I've yet to find any documentation that they are a corp or buisness entity) The more letters sent out, the more the goverment will take action.

These people are not even on the Utah Consumer protection List!!!
Lets start there. www.consumerprotection.utah.gov fill out the form and fax all documentation to (801)530-6001.

I recommend one letter stating the facts of your complaint then copy and paste.

Next www.irs.gov fill out complaint form 3949-A , if they are not paying taxes on the money they have taken/stolen then they will be stopped even if we can't get our money back, many others may not have to go threw what we have.

The dates up to 4/4 we will look into crediting. The dates after 4/4 are NovaPointe. They are billing old customers without any authorization from the company or customers. For those charges, yes, direct your effort towards NovaPointe.

I don't get it, if Novapointe is the call center that most of these companies use, and thier making false charges using the information they get from your consumers, why are they still in buisness? Are call centers not regulated in some way? how could the consumers stop them?

Jake,

I would like to e-mail you my bills and documentation so we could work this out.

The last thing I want to do is mistake two companies AGAIN! and it is starting to get a little confusing now that you said there are two companies because the MANY charges on my bill are hoodia 66, burnfat2, and bbc labs in sandy UT.

The Shipment I received (that I did not order) was from Nova Pointe. And I took copies of the actual package labels before I sent them back.

The 1-866-370-7271 said ship the product back to ontario in C/O hoodia 66 and a letter of dispute to draper UT.

And I did not order over the internet I was contacted by phone, and at that time I was told to cancel at hoodiaforfree and/or the phone # at that time was 1-909-930-3087

I would like you to review them and see what is going on.

P.S. I've been on the rip-off report for 2 months with no company response, which was quite frustrating.(as if you can't tell by my above letter) It says alot that you are finally responding to your consumers.

Send an email to Productrelations@yahoo.com with your info and we WILL refund you. It's up to you.

Also, we look into your account, and we have not charged you 5 times, nor would we. We also don't charge a separate charge for shipping. So you could very well have us confused with another company.

And, yes, we have stopped all autoships; we don't even run this campaign anymore.

There is another company called NovaPointe out of Ontario, Ca that is running an almost exact copy of our old products, and has the billing descriptor, and the pricing model the exact same. This is NOT us.

Please be aware, many of Richards's comments are inaccurate regarding our company, and we will be contacting him to try and resolve his
misunderstandings.

Lisa, we will refund you, please send us an email so we may mail you a cashiers check.

You want to make consumers "Happy" Stop all of your auto-ships!! NOW !!! If your customers who just love your product miss getting it in the mail they'll contact you. Your unhappy customers know how easy that is, right?

SO you want all of our information AGAIN and Again?? what the heck is that all about? OOOHHH thats right your computers have been down for two weeks or is it three?? SO we e-mail you with all our information to "CONFIRM OUR ORDER" then you have proof of purchase to dispute the fraudulent charges on our bank accounts. TRY AGAIN

What about all the certified letters we sent to the " CORP OFFICE" stating we would get a refund
what about the product we sent back certified un opened. was all that lost in the "CONFUSION" also?

Listen...carfully...In six weeks time you have withdrawn $97.41 out of my account... here it is are you listening... 5 times!!! plus a total of $15.00 shipping and handling.

Would I be qualified to be singled out for a refund on a "individual basis?" But when I called they just couldn't find any of those charges on the computer. WHAT???? I have it in black and white on my statments. POOF its gone

Jason Brailow is the real owner of all these scam companies. I have his name listed as the owner of the accounts he used to have for Leanlifepm. Mr. Wardle is not listed anywhere. If you want to harrass someone, try Jason. Or his wife Melanie. Since Jason can't get any accounts opened in his name, he's trying to open them in Melanie's.

It is very important to remember that when you slander individuals that you confirm that they are indeed who you and the Better Business Bureau represent.

I am the quality control manager for Mr. Wardle's company and you need to know the We DO NOT sell Hoodia 66, Hoodia Thin, Hooodia for Free or Lean Life PM. Wrongfully the Better Business Bureau thought we did and compiled our company together with the above listed companies and products. They have since fixed their error and this can be confirmed with the President of the Better Business Bureau. Her email is jdriggs@utah.bbb.org or you may reach the Director of Operations at jody@utah.bbb.org. Also their toll free number is 1-800-456-3907.

The company you are looking for (who sells the above products) is JAB Ventures and is owned by Mr. Jason Brailow. The only toll free number we have for their company is 1-866-370-7271. Please note this number changes frequently. They use to be located in South Jordan, Utah but they have since moved to the following address: 9140 South State Street, #202, Sandy, Utah 84070.

The Rip Off Report has errantly, time and time again, combined Mr. Wardle's company with Mr. Brailow's companies and products. This is wrong. Mr. Wardle's company supports and maintains it's own, fully staffed, in-house customer service call center and has had only one toll free number for more than eight years now. We do not move from place to place trying to avoid our customers.

I do not blame you that you thought Mr. Wardle is the owner and product developer of Hoodia 66. How could you know that the Better Business Bureau got it wrong from the beginning? Our duty as a company is to try and give the best information we can to the customers of others companies who feel like they have issues that need to be resolved. We simply ask not to combine our company and efforts with these other companies and their problems. We have tried, to no avail, to get our companies separated from the Rip-Off Report so that our reputation might be maintained. Maybe you can help us convince them to separate these corporations so the consumer isn't so confused.
