I feel sorry for all the homeowners who dealt with this company. Its hard to remember as a client that the salesman where doing what they were told and thought they were doing right by the homeowner. As sales people we were told that we offered a 100% refund policy and that we were hiring for the back end to support the amount of clients we were helping.

We've come to find out that these were both lies. One mans greed was the downfall that was put in place to help people. As a salesman I always put the homeowners best interest first. It was never about making money or anything for me. Even up till we closed the doors I asked if the files we had in were going to be finished or if these homeowners were screwed becuase if that was the case i couldnt live with myself. I was assured that they would all be worked on.

Now if you call there your lucky to get ahold of someone and they have random people doing the negotations, and did i mention if you drugged tested anyone of them they would fail. The owner has these people there taking any modification the company offers so he doesnt have ti refund the clients money. And if you are a client of the law firm KRKB you are lucky if they call you back. Still to this day Im handling all my clients and on numerous occasions Ive been told they are unable to get ahold of anyone in the firm or get a callback.

These people entrusted me with their biggest assest and its ashame I was put in that situation and put clients in the same. This owner is being investagated by the FTC and the ATTORNEY GENERAL. He didnt pay any of his employees and puts the blame on every person but himself. Probably cause hes just as screwed up as the people doing the negotations.

From whay I hear he already has a spot set up in PA, but under someone elses name. Its only a matter of time till hes back till is old tactics. I dont think hes done anything honest for quite sometime even back to his Am Res Days, or his AGMC days where he changed docs on the whim to get deals closed or screwing over other owners that helped him. He owes one gentleman over 500K, and hasnt wrote a good check in months. He owes so many people money, but he drives a 90k car a hummer and lives in ahuge house. While all the employees and homeowners struggle to make ends meet he's living the high life. He is the real criminal in all of this, he sold all of us salesman.

I know you wanna blame your sales rep, but from being on the inside I know all salesman had the best intentions. Who wouldnt wanna save peoples homes and make some money at the same time. This company gives others out there a bad name that are doing rght by the homeowner.

If you are a client you need to contact them as soon as possible either to try and get your money back or to find out whats going on with your file. If you have time get your money back and find another company to help you. There are good companies out there that will put you first.

If you know this man or work with him you should get out know. My attorney advised me to do that. Exspecially after he sent out an email trying to tell us that we were unable to go work anywhere else. But in reality its a restraining order for the employees to work there anymore. I think all homeowners should file claims against him(S.Puglia) and give him what he deserves.
