Horizon Travel; TCI; VIP Travel Incentives rip-off innocent people Salem New Hampshire

I went to a Horizon Travel seminar and was excited by the promises of high quality vacations at low prices, especially hot condo weeks at $300 a week, and promises that members would get the low advertised member only prices, unlike other travel agents that use advertise to attract people and you would never get it. So I joined the TCI club. That turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes I ever made.

First, the free vacation certificate from VIP is a piece of junk. All my vacation dates were rejected and I am still waiting for my deposit. I even talked to VIP travel to put me in any available dates and was refused.

Second, the hot condo weeks are lies. Even though hot condo weeks are listed on TCI web site every day. I could never get them, contrary to the promise of members getting low advertised member only prices.

Third, the rebate rewards from TCI travel is a lie. I was rewarded hotel rebates more than half a year ago and could never get it. I contacted TCI member service and was told that TCI did not give out rebates even though I have the rebate reward e-mail from TCI.

Forth, even the member contract is useless. In my contract, I was granted two free air-tickets for up to $1000. I was instructed to book a vacation first and then submit the receipt and the certificate for air ticket reimbursement. I submitted the documents for reimbursement, and called TCI member service more than ten times, e-mailed them a few times, and still could not get the reimbursement.

Now, every time I think of Horizon Travel/TCI, I get the bad feeling of being cheated, trapped and ripped off.

I do not know the relationship among Horizon travel, TCI and VIP. But I think they are all working together as a team to rip people off. Instead of providing the services they promised for the high membership fee, they choose to rip people off. We need to take legal actions against all of them.
