hosto and buchan Unprofessional, deceiving, little rock, Arkansas

I received a court summons from hosto and buchan 2 months ago from a credit card could not pay for over the past year. 
Well called hosto and buchan and set up a payment arrangement for my unsettled debt. I would pay $400 every 2 weeks until $5000 was paid off.

 Well received the paper to sign and send back. it was completely wrong. they had completely messed up the wording. 
So called them back and got it straightened out again and we agreed to $250 every 2 weeks until it was paid off. 
A couple days later got the paper again and it was wrong as well. so called back the next day and asked would be easier to set up $250 every month on the 1st and pay it off that way? he said already talked to the underwriting team and they fixed the wording. go aead and make the payment and when we paper comes in sign it and send it back in, said no until see the agreement not signing anything. My payment was supposed to be on the 18th of may and got the paper on the 22nd. called again and he said just pay it and it will be fine. although the agreement says "not a single day late OR anything under $250 will be accepted". so he transfered me to his supervisor left her a voicemail and even called again the next day and never have gotten a call back and our court date is suppoed to be in less then 2 more weeks.
