We are tired of multiple downtime from Hostoople. No customer support via email, live chat, and telephone. Especially when you are facing critical emergency repair, you wont find them until after over 10-12 hours.
If you request for your backup files, they delete your ticket request, you wont even hear from them at all. We have been filed multiple suit by our clients attorneys several times. Now another filing is occuring again. When we migrated to hostoople inc USA, we have about 48 clients, as at this reports we have 36 clients remaining. 2 have just signed cancellation requests. We requested for backup of our WHM files, hostoople keeps ignoring our requst. Please kindly assist us to request for this file.

I have seen massive abuses coming from this website itself. You dont have to verify yourself to write a review. I could sign up on a proxy and write all day long on competitors. This guy that posted this about my company has been abusing us for weeks. He is a liar , cheat and thief. He asks us for money to stop posting these massive complaints. Zenonhosts is a paypal scam site , that actually gets clients then trys to get them to login to there site thru there website so they steal your login and can access your money. This zenonhosts scam is repulsive and should be shut off. hes posting about us becuase we wont allow his games anymore. This makes my stomach hurt this site just posts whatever they want.
