Hostway.com is hosting a consumer ripoff fraud website named vitafree.com. Chicago, Illinois

Though Hostway.com has not directly ripped anyone off, they are certainly providing the means for Vitafree.com to continue ripping off consumers by continuing to host their website despite Vitafree's clear violation of Hostway's "Terms of Use" policy.

Hostway.com's legal department was informed that one of their clients (Vitafree.com) was in violation of Hostway's "Terms of Use" policy. Hostway's legal department did their own investigation and concluded the Vitafree was in violation and closed down the website, but only for one day. Then Hostway's legal department decided to re-open Vitafree's website after receiving an email from Vitafree's legal council where the following was stated:

"We are aware that there have been complaints made to the BBB regarding our internet sales. Vitafree is diligently trying to resolve all outstanding issues. Most BBB issues relate to the late shipment of merchandise. We contract out our shipping services to Concepts Fulfillment. We are currently trying to resolve internal issues with Concepts in this regard."

The above is untrue. On this site alone (www.ripoffreport.com), there are 58 ripoff reports against Vitafree.com documented. They are also well documented on other websites and bulletin boards. Most complaints are not due to "late shipments" as noted above. They are because Vitafree cashes consumers' checks then never delivers the product (as in my complaint). They also falsely charge some consumers' credit cards, they are practically unreachable, and they ignore EVERY SINGLE email sent to their customer service department.
