Hotelmode.com Hotelmode Hotelmode will gain your trust and steal your money New York Internet

I am writing this report because hotelmode is a company that should not be in business and I want to protect anyone from the same situation I had. I had booked with hotelmode.com in the past and actually had no issue... this is when they were pretty new. I'm sure they were gaining customers and trust as part of their SCAM. The website looks crediable and the individuals that answer sound professional and trusting. You will either speak to Jaqui or Graham most-likely. What they usually do is give you a great rate on a hotel. Book the hotel for you and sell it to a third party agency. THEN if you call the hotel you confirm that the reservation is made it usually is. BUT this is what happens next.

One of two things:

1) You need to cancel or change your reservation. You will not be able to do this because dispite numerous phone calls, emails (even had my bank call them and contest a fraudulante charge) and no one will answer. No one will answer emails either. So you will not be refunded the money.

2) You will make a reservation, confirm the reservation with the hotel and then hotelmode will cancel the reservation without you knowing. Refunding themselves the money but not you. This is how Graham and Jaqui Peakin run their business (if those are even their real names). Protect yourself. DO NOT book any travel with this company. It's a SCAM. Check google, ripoffreport.com, facebook ratings, anywhere on the internet and you will see that this has happened to numerous amounts of people.

Eventially a class action lawsuite will be filed against these two because enough people have been scammed out of money.
