Hoteplus Hotelplusdestinationshotelplusportal Disguise themselves as official booking agents for Wyndham Hotel Boca Raton FL

This company disguises themselves as booking agents for well-known hotel chain.  Called them prior to booking on their website and they confirmed that they do booking for the Wyndham Hotel.  Booked one room, on line and it didn't go through so I hit submit twice - did another room and the same thing happened.  They have charged me nearly 6000 dollars and claim I should know about their policy of retaining 20% which you don't learn about until after you've booked and receive an email from them.  The Wyndham had NO RESERVATIONS in my name and, at this moment, still have no record of my booking.  I called their toll-free number and a girl claimed she tried to contact me by phone when she saw the multiple listings but I was on the phone with Wyndham - If they had any integrity they would have emailed me back notifying me of the website glitch with multiple submissions PRIOR to charging me anything!  I now have to dispute the charges on my credit card which, is no, doubt over the limit for use.
