I Filed a report against this Co. due to their deceptive membership programs.  They do not let the customer know up front it will cost them 120.00 per yr.  for each program.  They do not even let the customer know that they are signing up for a different program.  They do ask you to join in certain situations such as when a new DVD is about to be public and you want
to be first in line to get it.  The upshot of all this is that their wholesale prices are not that much better with membership than others nor their shipping benfits from joining their membership.  Their membership fees come through at 9.99 amonth fig. which look to the consumer like a monthly billing for a wholesale priced product.

If I had not gone out of the country and had not left this card at home.  I would never have suspected what they were doing.  I would of just considered those billings as i did to be DVD's that i was buying on a regular basis.  Their Rep.  is doing everything of course he can to protect their reputation  except contact the customers they have ripped off or feel they have been ripped off by them and make amends.   Eventually changes in U.S law will catch up with them but by the time that happens many of us will lose hundreds of dollars.  Be smart stay away from these people untill they actually seriously change their business practises and put it up in bold letters for all their customers to see, I mean not in some lawyer jargoned contract but on the site that it will cost a costumer 120.00 or perhaps slightly above to join each member
ship for a year.  Thank you for your time if you have read this.

Dear Future Customers of hotmoviesale.com,



Keep in mind I have talked to two different agents from this company at

best I may recieve back a few months out of the year and two months of

overcharges from them as I see it from these two clubs, I supposedly, Joined.

They say everything is up front. Fine!, then be upfront in the first place with

your customers and in[ LARGE VISIBLE NUMBERS} from the VERY---

beginning pitch tell them it is going to cost them 120.00 a year to join such a

club.  I believe most people who get hooked in this thing think it is only a once

a year 10.00 rip..   A year or god knows how long later they get the truth.  We

need stronger legislation for any company that thinks they have a right to charge

a customer a recurring charge.  Their credit card charges on a monthly basis.

Did not say they were for a membership fee.  The first agent I talked to and when

I complained and explained the situation could of said okay let's see you joined

and you bought X amount of videos after the fact and realized X amount of gain

from that we will deduct your benefits from what you were charged and credit

the rest to your account.  Did they offer that No!!!!  Why!!! Because they do not

know how to be straight with people.  Stay away from this Co..  I certainly will.
