hotwire Hotwire rip off make there own star rating amherst, New York

i try to purchase a hotel today on your site it kept freezing. card card
company claims hotwir try to chage my card 5 times casue of yor site
freezing and issue you a refence # to call in.After all these issue
hotwire book my hotel with out me know cause I was making other
arrangments.And to top it off hotwire gave me 2star hotel when they
claims it was 2 1/2 stars I feel rip off and you guy have issue with
your site you should have your IT run a check on your server cause you
now have a piss off customer who been using your site for many years and
right dont think i will ever will.due to site issue and faults star
ratings sites listed below as 2* not just one 5 site plus I guess
hotware make up there star rating now cause I never had this issue
befor.  I feel I should be refunded due to faults star rating and site
issues,Why did you try to charge my card 5x if your site was working
