Hoverkicks SHOES DON'T WORK!! After contacting the company without results since October they won't send a product that works. New York Internet

I ordered a pair of Hoverkicks that light-up in October. The shoes arrived in a timely manner but one shoe wouldn't light up. There was faulty wiring or construction. I sent the shoes back (on my own $$) for an exchange. The second pair came back....again, with one shoe that would not light up. Obviously no one checked them before sending them out. I returned them, once again on my own $$, for a new pair. They then tried to send me new batteries to install to no avail....one shoe would not light up.

Guess what....the 3rd pair of shoes had a missing button that wouldn't allow one shoe to light.I have spent double what they cost me by returning shoes and they keep sending a faulty and unworking pair.The last email said they would not help me.So I bought a pair of 'light up' shoes where only one lights up. Unusable!

The 'company' works out of a little office in New York. Beware of a bad product and bad business!

What a rip off!
