Stay at this place, from thurs to monday. 1st week of december. Put a do not disturb sign on the door, and went for breakfast and all, went out for a bit and came back back n wallet was stolen from a safe in the room.
Passport, bank cards, green card, 1000 pounds cash, I. D and Ring which i put in there all disappeared. I then had to wait at the airport (14 hours) and get my flight change since the hotel people wouldnt help and get a emergency passport back to U.K.
I had to call the cops the staff were rude about it, and they just didnt want to take responsibility, when in fact why bother having safes in a room and why bother paying hotels if things arent going to be safe! A reason to go to a hotel is for safe boarding etc. The least the owner could do is give a refund and the money back as an apology for the staff misbehaving. I had a witness that said that the maids went into the room also.
Regards Davina
P.S. - the arizona is my old address i am currently living in U.K

Never leave cash, valuables or passports in a hotel room. Was there an eyewitness to the theft?
