howard l nations mark dikes they are withholding my settlement of $3737.94. houston, Texas

they owe me a settlement of $3737.94, when i phone them , you are not able to speak to an attorney, they are all always on a conference call. I have reported them to the Texas State Bar of Attorney's and am in the process of filing out a complaint. these Atoorneys from the howard l. Nations have been misleading, , they lie, so often they can not keep them straight. They are trying to tell me that the Federal govt. has a hold on my Medicare and Medicaid for possible money owed. I have spoke to both medicare and medicaid and they assure me there is no holds of any sort. Nor would there ever be such a hold on settlement money. This has gone on long enough and we need someone to have them pay as they agreed. Texas State Bar office is 1-800-204-2222. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.
