We are very unclear as to why you think you were sold a $58 piece of paper. After doing our best research to match your order, we have found that only one (1) Eric from Edmond, Ok. was sold a magazine, on April 8, 2013.  After reviewing your account, we have found that you have made no attempt in contacting the customer service department. We have, however; received notification from other mutual business associates in regards to your unsatisfied order. Immediately after receiving that, we've attempted to contact you directly via email, as well as the telephone number listed on the account, but no response. We value customer satisfaction and would like to solve whatever issue you may have. Obviously, your provided info does not directly, for whatever reason, reach to you. We do not know how to solve this issue other than clicking the rebuttal button on this unfortunate avenue you have chosen to take, Rip Off Report.  Here is the email we sent to you dated June 6, 2013-

We are so happy that you took the time to look over HP Consulting’s, Inc. receipt. As you will see the receipt states delivery within 120days. As of today, it has been 60 days since you placed your order. Your magazine was cleared from our office 5/27/13. Most monthly magazines arrive within 60 to 90 days. Your receipt has a guarantee delivery date of 120 days from your order date. Some magazines, published less frequently, could take the full 120 days. Why so long? Magazine labels are prepared in advance - sometimes 60 days. We process your order as it arrives and then place it in the next queue for label printing.
