Hsbc Mortgage Services is the most difficult, dishonest, and unethical company I've unfortunately had to do business with. This company didn't do our loan. Our mortgage was sold to HSBC, within two months of refinancing.

When they took over the loan they reported our payments late.
Added additional fees.
Harrasses with multiple letters which are the same.
Harasses via phone, they must call every 20 minutes whenever they don't have a payment in by the 1st of month at 3PM.
Have refused payments.

Have charged us for homeowner's insurance when we had insurance. We paid our taxes and they paid them again & charged us for them. Eventhough, we proved the taxes had been paid, along with year/month/place.

Their customer service dept. reps, have been verbally insulting, as well as patronizing.

They've lied to us about our payments & how they've been applied. Our payments have been left in our account as unpaid.

Their billing statements are extremely hard to follow. Which I feel is deliberate on their part as to confuse the consumer.

No-one gives a straight forward answer to questions especially,involving our money.

We've been reported to the credit bureaus as being late, missed payments and in fact they didn't apply our payments until after the grace period in order to exact more money from us, cause our credit to reflect badly so we aren't able to refinance with anyone else.

The list continues but, this summarizes our on-going migraine headache since, HSBC had the loan. I suggest people stay away from this company at all costs.
