Amber, do not worry they won't refund your money and they have a Legal Team just like this company exists. I would do the Refund thing, I doubt you will see your money the only reason is they want you to Remove the complaint. When you get your Refund then you can remove your complaint if you wish to.

Now I just received an email stating that they are no longer interested in me for this position and I am to email the admin for a refund. Also told me NOT to show up for orientation and that I have 24 hours to remove their name from any post before they contact their "legal" team

I think we all need to get away to contact one another. I payed by charge and cancelled it Thank Goodness I found this site The next day and called my Credit Card Co they credited my account. They will be in touch with HSEC they will find out they will be gone.

Not only have they scammed people in Orlando, and Tampa. They have spread from Charlotte, NC as well. They are increasing their rip off amounts each city/state they prey upon. Mr. Howard has the courage to throw around the word SLANDER... But the VICTIMS have words for you as well that you fear oh so much.... Crystal Thomas NO LONGER works for the company. How funny. She claims to quit as soon as I started questioning her. I then was told to contact Hazma who would be the one assisting me with my training and Orientation. The orientation went from being scheduled from Monday to Tuesday 1/22/13 @ 10am, at the LIBRARY Downtown Orlando. Seriously though.

Somehow we need to figure out a way to contact each other meet, and go to OPD...

You stated in your posting that if this company was a scam, that there would be more posting against it. If you had not changed the name of the company to hide what you are doing, I asure you, you would have a lot more complaints. And you are worried about defamation and slander, I think you should give more thought to ALL the PEOPLE you have and Are RIPPING OFF. The ONE thing that one should NOT believe about this company is YOU...MR. JJ Howard...moving from city to city preying on the innocent and desperate. For those wanting to learn more look up TITAN SECURITIES INC. this was the company name they opporated under in the Tampa just over a month ago. And they closed up shop there and moved to ORLANDO, FL. because the SCAM was no longer working in Tampa. In Fact they could no longer post on Craigslist (which is where they do most of there post) becaus thier posting were being flagged as a SCAM and being removed from Craigslist. They made a lot of money off the people here in Tampa and now have move to ORLANDO in the hopes of finding new prey and have increased thier start-up cost from $99 in Tampa, to $199 in Orlando. This way they can make as much money as possible before too many people get wise to there SCAM.  Everyone that has been RIPPED OFF by these people should find a way to get together and bring them down!!!

I too was a victim of this fraud. I responded to a Craigslist ad for an Office Manager. I sent them my resume and was called the very same day asking if I could come in for an interview on 1/14/13 that they were closing out the interviews and the only opening they had was at 9:45am. I was told to go to the 5th floor and check in with the Receptionist. I sat and waited and was greeted by a man who took me up one more floor and he walked me to a TINY office where I met with Crystal Thomas. She interviewed me asking me a bunch of questions and I asked alot from her. She told me I would be contacted that very same evening if I got the position. I received a phone call at 7pm from a Tampa phone number and was told I got the position. I was told to go into the office the next day and sign my hire on paperwork. The next day I met again with Crystal Thomas. She had me sign a form stating I would be an Indendent Contractor and that I agreed to pay the $199 for the training books. Crystal said nothing the previous day about being a 1099 employee. I started to ask her more questions regarding the parking and such and she said the company would pay half for a month's worth of parking which was $110/mth. I was told I would be making $600/wk., and $1000/mth. bonuses. I was also told that if I completed the training in 7 days I would receive $1300 and if it took me two weeks they would pay me $1000. She said I would be receiving an email from their Administration office that day with the training materials. I didn't get anything that day or the next day so I called the same number (Tampa) that called me to congratulate me about the job. He said he was sorry and he would get the materials over to me asap. I received an email from Crystal about 20 minutes later with the supposed training materials. I read through it and it didn't make any sense so I called her and said I was confused. She stated all I needed to do was read through it and I would be told everything in the Orientation which was scheduled the following Monday (which is MLK day). I then started researching the internet and found these reports and went straight to the bank to file a dispute to try and get my money back. They had already cashed the check and it had totally cleared less than 24 hours after I gave it to them. I asked her a bunch of questions like are there other Office Managers and she said yes, I said I thought I would be working at the N. Orange Ave. location and have my own office and explained that I didn't see any other office there. She said she didn't believe they had another office there and that they would place me somewhere near where I lived and that they were expanding all over Florida. I said that's not what you told me in the interview. You even talked about compensation for the parking. She said she couldn't answer anymore of my questions because she wanted to make sure the information was accurate and wanted me to feel good about the position and she would have JJ call me (who was the Shareholder of the company) that night. I never received a phone call from him. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also the Attorney General! When I asked Crystal about these reports on here she told me it was because of an ex-employee that was mad because they were terminated!

I know he is The least of my worries if he was a Man he would have contacted me or met with me but he's a WOman not a real man. He hides behind a computer  just like The Wizard of OZ it was a Hoax not real those were a curtain The Wizard hid behind He (JJ Howard) hides behind his Skirt.
I hope he comes after me for slander and by the way he stated there would be more Reports against him not just one, well there are more then one report against you and every one of us have gotten NO TRAINING No Nothing!
So as I stated lets meet and you can show me that you and your company are Legit or did you Trip over your Skirt and Hurt yourself and can't meet with me. Lol......................

They are making blank threats. Go on youtube and search Jeremy jai Howard. Play the video that States his name and Elizabeth Yates in the Title. Once video is playing scroll down and Click the hyperlink and it will provide you with a pretty insightful look on this Mr. Howard. YES he does exsist and have been doing this scam in MANY cities.

I would like to get in touch with you #6 I do not know how we can do that. I was told the ON LIne training was Monday 1/21/13 The person I was contacted by a Ms Davis if that is her name. She Text's she is having a Bad Pregnancy she has more blood drawn she cannot have any BLOOD Left.

I to believe they need to be stopped but we cannot get in touch with one another. I am not Happy with this if you figure out a way to get in touch with one another let me know! I call the number in Orlando Left Messages and Emails no response does this place exist and this JJ Howard does he exist if you you do and you don't hide like you state in your Rebuttal call me back or e mail me.  

If I am wrong and the company is Legit I will apologize. Please DON'T Give me your Crap about Slander and you will take me to Court. I would be more then happy to see you in court and if it is court it will probably be CRIMINAL COURT not CIVIL.
Oh yeah one more thing your company is in Business for less then a year then how did Ms Davis work there for 2 years and her side kick Greg for a Year.

Had I had seen your article B4 we would not be having this discussion. Tell Ms Davis and Greg to get on the same page as you. I want to here your Rebuttal as well as #2 who is probably Ms Davis Manager in Bradenton or is she Mrs JJ Howard.                    

I too was recently contacted and "hired" for the Office Manager in Orlando. Was promised all these great advantages for great income, my own office etc. Signed a piece of paper explaining what I was paying the $200.00 for making it seem as they were legit. Claiming it was a 1099 position so I would make $600 a week plus a monthly bonus of $1000.00. I was interviewed by CRYSTAL THOMAS or CRYSTAL TAFT, (whichever her email would come back as.) She interviewed me, then met with me the next day for MY hard earned money!

Now when I caught wind of this site and contacted her about the possible scam she informs me that she QUIT and can no longer help me. I informed her that SHE was the one who took my money so I suggested she returned it in the same manner as she received it. Her response is "I no longer work for the company so I can not help you."

I was told by someone names Hamza that orientation will be Tuesday January 22, 2013 and that this is not a scam and it will all make sense to me after Orientation.

If you were hired between 1/16-1/19/13 please contact me so we can file a complaint with OPD asap before they can continue to screw people.

So I used to work for this company when they were in Tampa and opporated under the name TITAN SECURITIES INC. Which they have closed down the website for www.Titansecuritiesinc.com and started this new one. JJ Howard (the owner) does a great job of painting a beautiful picture of all the possiblities and money that you can make, and it all sounds good at first. You are taking in by the idea of how much money you can make. So you don't end up doing your RESEARCH  on the company until it's too late and your already out your own hard earned money. I am one to let the facts speak for themselves, check out thier company and website...take note that the links don't work and the video footage they have posted is from Youtube and they use the videos as though they were made for their bogus company and they where not made for this company. Do some research on the  products they offfer and you will see that you can purchase them for half the price this company tries to offer them for. If you are considering working for this company it would be very wise to ask questions...like "what happened the office in Tampa?" "why are all the people in Tampa saying this is a scam?"  "why is there no corporate office number?" JJ Howard and his wife Lisa Howard have moved  from city to city running this scam and they are good at convincing people that they are ligitamate. I promise if you do your RESEARCH you will see through there lies and save yourself from being taken advantage of. If you do your research and checkout the complaints filed against Titan Securities Inc in Tampa,Fl you will begin to see the Truth. PROTECT YOURSELF AND DO RESEARCH!

HSEC has been in business in less than a year. No agent of our Company would say differently. On the Company's website it says that HSEC brings 20 years of experience( Not 20 years in business) to the industry.

Secondly, with over 5 locations in Florida, HSEC is expanding and will continue to grow. Our headquarters is located in Orlando and we have 3 different offices in the same building.

To the individual, that wrote above( And I know who you are), I suggest you think very clearly about what you say. Its extremely easy to trace an IP address from the posting and sue an individual for defamation and slander. I suggest you keep that in mind.

If our Company were a scam, we would have alot more postings against us than just your one post online. 

And for anyone reading this post

When people are fired or have issues, since there no legal way of handling the situation (Since there is nothing illegal or scam related within the company) they simply resort to making negative comments about the company. Don't believe everything you read. Do your due diligence. If you look up any company on this website: Wal-mart, Home Depot, etc. you will see people with their issues with these company's , calling them scams though they clearly are not. Don't believe everything you read.

     I'm an Office Director with HSEC and I can assure you the person who posted this report was a very upset individual because A. they were not driven enough to complete the program and had no work ethic or B Was not even considered for the position, people down grade companies all the time when things don't go their own way. HSEC is an established company with top of the line products I have purchased products from the company myself and never have once had an issue. From top to bottom the company is first class in every aspect! For the no staff and no office that is the most bogus thing I have ever heard, we have office managers NATIONWIDE, regional directors, administrative staff members,  I can go on and on. As an adult and mature individual I ask to keep your negative comments to yourself, sometimes people are just not as motivated and hard working as others. Have a great day everyone!
