HSN using Moon and Lola and Company Moon Lola and Company orderd a monogram necklace for 260 dollars it was waffer thin chain weak and they refused to take back do not state they wont and its totaly misrepresented and better read the fine print that isnt there Columbus Ohio Nationwide/Ohio

be careful ordering any monogram jewelry from HSN who sell for Moon Lola and company the jewelry is cheap flimsy and very expensive I saw no where that they said they would not take it back if customer is not satisfied but they would not. I paid 240 for a gold filled waffer thin necklace with a chain so flimsy it wouldnot last though one wearing, it is nothing like the pictures, no one would want to pay over 200 dollars for something this cheap and flimsy/HSN used to stand behind their products BUT NOT ANY LONGER so please dont buy the Moon and Lola Company through HSN, ripping off anyone is wrong but especially the aged and diabled which I am. It was charged on an HSN card so I have no recourse. BOYCOTT BOTH COMPANIES HSN AND MOON LOLA AND COMPANY UNTIL THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM HSN AGAIN.
