MacCarthy is a pro in setting up companies, reaping the profits and bolting overseas with out paying.
He must think the dust has settled.
Now re branded as your viva.com, he has his long standing obedient enforcer, German bully, Martina Heynemann as the front person. I guess she will take the fall this time., she listens to him like the Messiah.
They sell overpriced properties, last time they went Bust owing 100s of thousands to local companies and staff,
They have a very good telesales team, but if you buy a property from them they have loaded the prices, so be very careful, if you list a property with them they take deposits from buyers and don't refund,
Some one should stop these companies like Viva, MRI, Mac Anthony real estate, before they give Spain an even worse reputation than it already has.
