We got a lots of promises from Hubspot, but they did not help us at all. Basically, they charged us over $9000.00 and we had to do all the work our selves. When I try to stop working with them they said money is not refundable.
This is biggest skam in my life.

HubSpot is not a scam. We are a softare company that has been in business since 2006 and now have 600 employees and 9,000 customers in 50 countries around the world. Great companies with great reputations like Google and Salesforce.com have invested in us.
You are correct that we are not an agency. We are a software compay and provide software, training and support, but you do have to do the work (or hire an agency at additional cost to do the work for you). We have thousands of happy customers. They are professional marketers who do marketing for their jobs and like how our software makes their jobs easier and improves their marketing effectiveness. But yes, they need to do work as part of doing marketing.
