I've read the other reports on this company, they pale in comparison with my experiences with them. I thought it was me the first time around. I've tried unsuccessfully to write three contracts on properties through Hubzu. You are notified that they had a higher offer. Also said they had multiple bids. I can't tell you how fast to run away from this company. But if you're an agent you will look like the biggest idiot in the world to your clients by the time you're done with this. Just stay clear of them!
