hughes net satellite refusing to honor refund after sending back the paid for equipment, Internet

had hughes net for under a year.paid the early termination fee and sent back the equipment for refund since you pay for it on installation. waited after receiving the notice of receipt from the hughes net website. still no word after a month and a half. called them to ask where the refund was and got the run around from h*ll.

first they said i must have had a balance, then after telling them i have paperwork on all of it they tried the"we will review this in 6-8 weeks" to which i told them that since i had proof i had sent my paid for equipment back and until it is refunded it is theft by them. they then told me i would get a check in 6-8 weeks and put me on hold to discuss and the line was not picked up . big time scam. still waiting to see that check!
