I had canceled my hughes net satellite internet service due to temporally moving out of state. The reason for moving was being relocated due to my husband being in the military.We had no problems canceling the service, our payments have always been on time and we did not owe them anything due to being with them long enough to not have broken any contracts. with relocating they took my new address and told me they were sending me shipping boxes for their equipment. I had no problems with that. I never received the boxes due to them sending them to the wrong house. They sent the shipping boxes to the old address expecting me to be there to send back the equipment. instead of notifying me of this mistake they took it upon themselves to take 318 dollars from my bank account unauthorized and will not refund the money admitting its their mistake until they get the equipment back. To top this off the money they took was the last of what I had on my christmas vacation to get back home. I am 8 months pregnant with 3 kids and a deployed husband, and all they could say was sorry and no refund. This has left me stranded and no way to get back to my home, so i can't send their equipment back since i am stuck at my sister's house in another state.
