I ordered 4 chainsaw goldendoodle wood statues from Humphrey Chainsaw Art  several years ago and was very pleased, when I placed my order they said I would have approval on any statues I purchased and if I did not like it I did not have to buy it.  I then placed a new order for one statue in November 2015 - I sent in a picture of my previous statue and said I would like another - I submitted the payment in advance.  I emailed and texted several times between December and Febuary and I never heard back from Chad or Lyndie until I finally called them on another line and they answered.  They said that they would email me a picture of the statue and that if I approved it I could come pick it up.  The picture  of the new statue was nothing like any of the previous statues I had ordered - especially not at all like the picture I sent them when I placed my order.  I told them in March that I did not approve of this statue and they said they would do another and get me pictures.  I again waited and waited I contacted them again in April and they said I would get pictures of the new statue by 2:00 the next day - I again waited and waited and contacted them again and requested a refund.  I hear back several days later that they had a funeral and they would not redue my statue and I could either come get it or they would "try to sell" it and give me the procedues.  No one in their right mind will ever buy this statue - it truly is a horrible piece of work.
