I just received several phone calls from a Heather Sanders left on my answering machine.  Stating that I must call her back so that they can send me documents.  They used my maiden name. They told me to call them at 855-225-9711.

I finally called them back and a gentleman named Mark Reed answered the phone and told me that Healther was out on a sales call.  They had a file given to them and it was from a payday loan company back in 2010 that I failed to pay back.

They had my social security number, bank name, and place of work from 2010.  That I took out a loan for 400 or 500 dollars and not with interest I owed 1973.oo.  That they would settle for 600.00.  I told them to take me to court because I did not get a payday loan from them in Jan 2010 and I could prove it with bank statements.  They said they were going to charge me with bank fraud and check fraud.   So I said send me the court papers.

I called my bank and reported it and called the local police dept.  And I am notifying the three credit bureaus and notifying them.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

file complaints with your state attorney General

AUTHOR: jeff shepard - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, November 21, 2016

I am not an attorney.  I been in a similar position.  My suggestion to you is to file a complaint with your attorney general of your state  (consumer protection area).  You can also file a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau.  An agency of the federal government.  There are attorney's with an organization called NACA.  National Association of consumer advocates.  I have dealt with one for about 5 years.  He is great.  He is not money hungry or a milker to take all your money.

Never admit you owe the money.  research and send them a debt validation letter.  Do not give up the fight.  Monitor your credit using Credit Karma and local clerk of courts.  answer any summons.  Demand a jury trial.   They will back down with a jury.

I wish you the best.  Keep your chin and fight them.

jeff
