I was contacted by Colin and Corey Daniels at hvh transport concerning a lease purchase position that had available where you lease a tractor thru quality leasing . These guys called me non- stop every single day to convince me to their company and that they take good care of the owner operators over there . After about 3 weeks of finally getting a tractor from quality leasing with all the things that were wrong with the truck I went to Henderson Colorado for them to threaten all of us in orientation that they will terminate our contracts for any reason they see fit I worked with them about 3 weeks and had a accident involving a motorcycle which wasn't my fault and I still haven't went to court yet but they terminated my contract within 3 days of the accident and also took $1500 out of my check then the last settlement they took the whole check and charged me for things like truck repairs which they aren't supposed to do considering the truck is through quality leasing and the truck had 30 day bumper to bumper warranty and the truck was under 100,000 miles on it . They even put things on my hire right which is my Dac record and that is their way of keeping me from getting a job for another carrier.they didn't even wait 30 days for due process before they slapped that crap on my psp and Dac report further hindering me from getting a job . I have no money and no way of paying my bills and I worked for my money very hard for some company to treat me like this . Can someone help me please

First of all you don't have all the the answers and your the a judge and jury to know it all . I never touched anyone first of all if your a driver you should know that motorcycles do break the law and ride on shoulders and in between traffic . I merely said these people are scam artist who took my money and put stuff on my Dac without due process sir or maim . They charged me money even though I didn't have my day in court . If it don't add up to you so what I'm not trying to convince you or twist your arm . And there wasn't anything wrong with my truck nor am I in trouble like you say there are things called blind spots

I've got to call it here. Where you got me is the bit about "due process" and your psp score. As far as I know, the ONLY time a company can even access your PSP score is when they are in the hiring process, and it is merely a tool to help them make the decision to either hire you or pass on you. They can't add anything to your PSP score. That is something controlled by the government. They add the information about your violations, accidents, etc. not the company. Maybe you were ticketed, maybe not, but it definitely wasn't the company that put that on your PSP. As far as due process for the PSP score, there is none. The information is taken, recorded and put onto your PSP. Period plain and simple. The fact that you said "I haven't been to court yet" really sounds to someone who is a driver such as myself like "I got the ticket but it wasn't my fault, I will fight it". Good luck is all I can say to you. If you got a ticket for anything relating to that accident then you're in trouble. All it takes is something that wasn't working on your vehicle like it should have been, you being ahead of or behind where you should've been according to your log and items which could prove up that whole deal, an attorney for the person on the motorcycle may eat you alive. Not unusual for a company to severe ties in a situation like that. Lease or no lease. Sorry to hear about your bad experience.
